Sustainable Dish

Working again with Hector Espinosa and his studio, Spydr, I was contracted to concept, storyboard, and create animated assets for an explainer series called "Sustainable Dish," which explored the history of farming and the dangers of industrial farming techniques.

A key element of the series was its narrator, represented by a cow, for whom I designed my most advanced Joysticks and Sliders rig to date. At the time, Nick Offerman was set to be the voice, so I sourced an audio clip of him to test the rig’s capabilities. This rig also featured an additional element for lip-sync animation, ensuring natural movement to match dialogue. Additionally, I created animated scene examples based on sections of the working script.

Although the project was eventually shelved, I’m excited to share the work I produced, showcasing the innovative rigging and animation techniques developed for the series.
